Zesty Jalapeño Sauce

A lively, zingy green Jalapeño sauce with lime and lemongrass.  Perfect with avocado, chicken, or whizzed up with some rapeseed oil for a salad dressing.

NOTE: we have rated this sauce a ‘2 flame’ as it will appear hot if you are adverse to heat but at the same time it is not a hot sauce either.

Ingredients: Cider vinegar, fermented Jalapeño mash (29%)(Jalapeni, salt, acetic acid), onion, peppers, fresh lime juice, garlic, galangal, lime zest, lemongrass, light brown sugar, coriander, anchovy extract (FISH, salt sugar, water), spices.
