Shipping

We care deeply about our customers and will always strive to provide you with perfect products as quickly as possible.  If there is ever a query or question please email info@thewelshsaucery.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

If you know that you are unlikely to be at your billing address during working hours please provide a delivery address where delivery can be accepted as this makes life easier for everyone.

Dispatch.

We endeavour to dispatch every order the following working day.  However, delays are occasionally inevitable and when this occurs we will notify you via the email address provided with the order.  All products are subject to availability, when a product is out of stock we will contact you via the email address provided to arrange a solution.

Delivery times.

Small packages are sent via The Royal Mail second class service and they aim to deliver 1-2 working days after they receive the package.

Larger orders are sent via the APC courier network and will be delivered the day following dispatch.  APC will contact you with delivery details.

Please allow 7 days for delivery.

Delivery charges.

Delivery to mainland UK is £4.95 for orders up to £39.99 and free for orders of £40.00 or more.

Please contact us at info@thewelshsaucery.co.uk for delivery to UK Islands or overseas.

Returns

We will always try our best to provide you with the product you ordered in perfect condition. If in a rare case you receive an incorrect or imperfect product please email info@thewelshsaucery.co.uk within 2 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue and we will deal with your concern promptly and fairly.  Claims made after this period will not be accepted.  Ultimately we would like you to try and enjoy our products so we would prefer to send you a replacement product but if this is not feasible/practical we will refund your payment via the payment method which was used to place the order.
